Chief Storyteller and Executive Communications Expert
Helping B2B Tech Companies Live Happily Ever Up and to the Right
My career as a Corporate Storyteller started auspiciously when I was taking notes on a whiteboard in a meeting and confidently wrote “Sea-Level Executives.” Luckily, there was nowhere to go but up from there.
Like many copywriters who watched the show Mad Men, I began my career dreaming of accounts like Volkswagen and Campbell’s Soup and then, by virtue of living in Seattle, ended up in B2B tech. Twelve years in, I can honestly say I love it. The strategic challenge of turning something “boring” into something bold and engaging keeps me continuously energized.
Currently, I serve as Chief Product Storyteller and Executive Speechwriter for the CMO of SAP Global. During my tenure, the average keynote approval ratings rose from 83% to 90%, thanks to my G.U.C.C.I. Storytelling Framework.
Prior to that, I’ve led strategic content initatives for global technology companies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Outreach across all main channels: video, social media, event collateral, and everything in between
Here is an example of a Keynote Speech I wrote for our user conference that received a 92% approval rating.
